Once the program of the future Masters and Co-Creators in fully established you will additionally benefit to be part of the permanent Big Master Web once you have accumulated the necessary 100 points. Then you will be fit to teach IPA as well as giving the corresponding diplomas to the Practitioners or Agents of Change. Yours is the choice because you are FREE!

The latest Anksyborg approach is organic and fully
integrated as you will have discovered by now. Every section
and every issue is very important reading it separately or jointly
with other sections … when you read it in combination
with other topics its meaning might slightly change. With regard
to the training program you may chose 20 points, or 45/60 points
and even demand the 100 points.
It is your choice because you set the pace of the chances to come!

About the Founder
One cannot teach what one doesn’t know, less can one guide to unknown paths! If the Anksyborg Foundation is committed to deal intelligently with changes at individual, collective and global level then the Founder has to know how, as it is effectively her case.
Carmen Ida Strauss is a living example of taking advantage of perennial changes just to remain essentially the very same as always. She was born 1951 in Germany and lives over 25 years in Caracas the main-city of Venezuela.

A nice tropical South-American country she knows very well and which she dearly loves for its natural beauty and the beauty of its people. The most she loves is the Guyana Massive and the magic region of the table-mountains of a great valley called “the great blanket / la Gran Sabana”.
She comes originally from the hotel-business but switched to the banking industry and works for almost 16 years successfully as a representative in a foreign bank, established in Caracas.
Her professional activities gave her plenty of opportunity to travel extensively seeing many parts of the world, this combined with her natural drive to embrace changes and challenges added value to her life and that of many others. The extra flexibility and smartness dealing with changes made her mastering self-realization for herself and others.
At the same time as she improves and grows professionally she engages in spiritual awakening in modern and integral ways, developing a sense of social commitment.
Carmen Ida Strauss has managed to combine during decades her professional and spiritual growth seeking always how to innovate and improve by adding value to the greater whole.
That’s why she’s stretching out the importance to spiritualize management in order to manage better spirituality, understanding management as the art of maximizing our resources and to share motivation and success, an ideal reflected in the new 100 point Integration Program Anksyborg, a better und more integrated offer to train and update the Agents of Change.
Carmen Ida Strauss had the good fortune of a personal contact with a great Master in India who initiated her 1989 in the ancient science of the Surat-Shabd-Yoga. 1999 became crucial for her, a kind of turning point making possible her “quantum leap of consciousness” redefining her mission in life. The same year she registered with her dear friend from Peru, Dr. Yone Catalan, the Anksyborg Foundation.
A business trip to Mexico during the year 2000 ended up with an exotic shamanic experience pushing for another round of experiences. From this time until now she engages in Reiki – the antique Japanese Art of spiritual healing – and attained several Reiki-Master-Degrees. She is the responsible for the content of Anksyborg’s website and developed the new training program for the Agents of Change, creating all the help tools, from the Workshops and Retreats to the Rainbow Elixirs helpful to attain a new level of awareness.
The Anksyborg Foundation is fully dedicated to manage change in integral and intelligent ways at all levels, meaning to be a powerful Help-Tool for the individual and the community, local and international as well.
All the foundational activities are designed to be of maximum advantage for the true Agents of Change able to multiply success at personal, professional and social level, thus creating a critical mass able to generate a significant change in perception and action for the greater benefit of the whole. |
